For 35 years, Design Warehouse has supplied a wide range of stylish, high quality outdoor furniture and accessories made of materials ideally suited to the New Zealand climate. These range from teak, reclaimed teak, resin, powder-coated aluminium and steel, light-weight concrete and durable all-weather cushions from world-renowned Sunbrella® and Agora®. 

Outdoor dining chairs, dining tables, cantilever umbrellas, deep seating sectional furniture collections, fire pits, outdoor benches, stools, coffee tables, planters and pots are amongst our range of outdoor furniture products we offer. 

Explore our extensive collection of outdoor furniture online or visit our 7,432 square metre showroom in Parnell, Auckland. The majority of our products are delivered from our Rosebank distribution centre where you can also arrange to collect your purchases.

How Can I Place an Order? 

You can place an order and pay for any products by:

  • On our website, you can also Request a Quote for any products online by completing a simple online form and we will be in touch with you as soon as possible. 

What Payment Methods Do You Accept?

We will accept payments by debit and credit cards, including Mastercard and Visa. You may also arrange a bank transfer deposit after we provide you with our banking information. 

Rest assured, whichever payment method you choose, your payment details will be handled securely.

Do You Offer Delivery? 

Yes, we do offer nationwide delivery from our Rosebank, Auckland distribution centre. Shipping costs are additional to the price of the furniture you order and depends on the volumetric weight of the order and destination. You will be advised of the delivery charge prior to you authorising payment for the order. 

You may also arrange to collect your order from our distribution centre by prior arrangement and won’t be charged a delivery or handling fee. 

How Long Does It Usually Take for Shipping? 

After your order is confirmed, we typically estimate a delivery time of 3 to 5 days. Please note, this is an approximate timeframe and may vary depending on the size of the order and shipping destination. Please refer to our Shipping page for more information. 

If there are any unforeseen delays or issues relating to the delivery of your order our distribution team will be in contact with you.

Does Your Furniture Come Fully Assembled?

All of our furniture is quality controlled and assembled either at our distribution centre or upon delivery at your premises. 

What Kind of Warranty Do You Offer for the Furniture?

We offer a limited two-year warranty on furniture from the date of delivery, covering defects in materials and workmanship. Excludes items sold as seconds or as-is, floor models and clearance items.

What is your Policy on Returns and Refunds?

Please refer to our Terms & Conditions for more information on our Refunds / Change of Mind Policy. 

If you change your mind about your purchase we do not offer refunds or exchanges. We encourage you to choose your products carefully to avoid disappointment. 

There are also no credits/exchanges for clearance, seconds, or ex-floor models.

If, however, there are imperfections that impair the product’s use, including manufacturing faults or damage incurred during shipping, you may contact us directly for a remedy.
