Modular Seating for Flexible Outdoor Spaces
Modular outdoor furniture is designed to support flexible seating layouts using individual components that can be arranged
to suit different outdoor spaces. This approach allows configurations to be adapted for both everyday use and larger
gatherings, depending on available space and layout requirements.
Modular Components and Layouts
The collection includes modular elements such as corner sections, centre modules, chaise lounges, and end sections.
These components can be combined, expanded, or reconfigured over time, making modular seating well suited to decks,
terraces, gardens, and poolside environments where adaptability is important.
Materials and Construction
Frames and structural elements are selected for durability and long-term outdoor use in New Zealand conditions. Designs
in this collection are available in materials including A-grade teak, reclaimed teak, outdoor wicker, and powder-coated
aluminium, offering a balance of structural strength, weather resistance, and visual consistency.
Cushions and Upholstery
Many modular designs include seat and back cushions upholstered in solution-dyed acrylic fabrics such as Sunbrella® or
Agora®. These fabrics are selected for colour stability, durability, and suitability for outdoor exposure. Cushion
inclusion, foam construction, fabric specifications, and care requirements vary by design and are detailed on individual
product pages.
Integration with Outdoor Collections
Modular components can be purchased individually or as part of coordinated outdoor settings, allowing integration with
compatible outdoor sofas, lounge chairs, coffee tables, and side tables within the wider collection.
